When are you open?

Fri 4pm-8pm (Birthday Party Bookings only), Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-6pm.

Do I need to book in advance?

It is advisable to book parties and general admission in advance, but not essential. For general entry you can arrive in the opening times and we will seek to accommodate you.


How do I pay?

Cash is preferred, Card is accepted. We have a FREE to use ATM on site. You can also book in advance on this website. It is advisable to bring cash for payment. We are a rural business and therefore frequently have issues with Wi-Fi unfortunately.


Is my booking refundable or transferrable?

You can cancel a party within one week of the booking date, we will transfer to another date if suited. To cancel send an email with the booking details to dufflandni@gmail.com.


What time should I arrive?

You should arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time. Please do not arrive any earlier as you will have to wait in the car park.


Can I bring my own food and drink?

For health and safety reasons no food and drink can be brought into the centre (with the exception of birthday cake for parties booked, baby milk and baby food). We have a fully operational cafe to meet your requirements. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring a Birthday Cake into the Cafe, cakes can only be brought into party rooms that have been booked.


Can anyone use the cafe facilities?

No, only those who accompany a paying customer have access to our cafe facilities.


Do you have WI-FI?

Yes we have free customer WIFI. Ask at reception for details.


Is there car parking?

Yes, we have very good parking facilities which make it easy for both the parent and child to gain access to our centres.


How long does your birthday party last?

This depends on what you have booked. The Bronze package lasts 90 minutes, the Silver and Gold Packages last 2 hours. If you add entertainment such as Duff Dodgems, Duff Disco, Party Games, or Balloons by Mister Duff, the party will last 2.5 hours.


Can I self-cater for my child's birthday party?

Unfortunately no, due to health and safety regulations. However, we do offer a great value birthday package.


How many adults can attend?

6 adults maximum as we have limited space.


What if I have more than 6 adults?

You will need to discuss this with us in advance. We can only accommodate more than 6 adults in a party outside of peak hours. If you have already booked and want to bring more than 6 adults your date and time will need to be changed. The only Party Booking slots for additional adults are: Friday: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, Saturday: 10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm, Sunday: 10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm. If you attend for a Birthday Party booking in peak hours (Saturday and Sunday 12-4pm) we will only allow entry for 6 adults. This is due to Health and Safety, Fire Safety Regulations, and safe operation of the centre.


I have booked a party, what should expect in the centre? And when?

You will be checked in by a member of staff. They will ask you to confirm how many children are attending. They will confirm the details of your booking and hand you this sheet. If you have booked the Gold or Silver package, you will be given your allocated Duff Dollars - 1 per child. You will be shown to your chosen Party Room. If your chosen party room is not available at that time, your cake and other items such as balloons will be stored until the room is available. Your party guests will all receive a wristband when they arrive, both children and adults. These are very important and must be worn at all times, for health and safety reasons. Your party guests (children) will be asked for their shoes, these will be stored in a basket and left in your party room. Your guests will play for 60-90 minutes in the play area, depending on which package you have booked. When your food is ready you will be called (on our Tannoy system) to your party room. If you have booked the Gold or Silver package, your slushee's will be delivered to your party room. Your time in the party room will be for eating the food and for your cake. If you need a lighter for the candles in your cake please ask a member of staff. Please be careful with the lighter and return. We will provide a plastic knife to cut the cake, there are also napkins in the room for the cake. Please note that whilst our staff previously handled the cake presentation and cutting, we no longer provide this service. If you have booked any Extra's they will be provided in the Party Room. If you have booked Entertainment it will be provided after your time in the party room, unless it is Duff Dodgems, which may take place before the Party Room. When your time is up (see leaving time above), we ask that you leave Duff Land promptly to accommodate other Birthday Parties.


Do you provide Party Hats, Party Bags, and Paper Plates for the Party?

No, we don't. You are welcome to bring these with you.


Are there any additional activities as well as the Soft Play?

Face Painting, balloon models, glitter tattoos, and Duff Dodgems will usually be available within the centre. These activities cost 1 Duff Dollar each. They can be purchased at reception. If you have booked the Gold or Silver package, Duff Dollars will be included in your package. Make-A-Bear is also available in the centre, the cost to make a bear is £15 per bear.


What are the centre rules?

Adult supervision is required at all times in the centre. Our staff do not provide supervision.

Verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated.

No food or drinks are allowed in the play frame or bouncy castle.
